- Support collaboration between internal and external teams
ProjectWise is not intended for: - Informal file sharing - Draft exchanges outside of defined workflows - Long-term storage of non-project-related content
Basic usage expectations¶
All external users are expected to:
- Check files out before making edits
- Check files back in when work is complete
- Use the approved folder structure
- Follow file naming standards
- Avoid creating duplicate or ad-hoc folders
Failure to follow these expectations may result in delayed reviews or rejected submissions.
Deliverables and submissions¶
Unless otherwise directed by the project team:
- Deliverables should be uploaded to the designated project folders
- Files should be checked in and free of local-only references
- Final submissions should not overwrite prior approved versions
Project-specific instructions may override general guidance on this site.
